Accenture is looking for a Swedish speaker to join our team as a Junior Client Services Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for starting your career with one of the world´s leading global companies while working in the vibrant capital of Czech Republic located in the heart of Europe.

Responsibilities

.Correspond and negotiate with customers

.Receive and respond customer requests and inquiries via phone and email

.Analyze customer account balances

.Investigate and resolve customer billing issues

.Work with other internal departments to process queries as master data changes, contract updates or cancellations

Are you the person we are looking for?

.Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English

.Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

.Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

.Team player

.Previous experience working with accounting or accounting systems is a plus but not a requirement

Good understanding of Norwegian or Danish is an advantage
