Our daily job includes a lot of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. We are in daily touch with end customers as well as other teams and colleagues across Scandinavia over phone, email or skype. Communication is in English and Swedish when communicating with end customer.
What will you do?
Support to customers over the email, chat
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

You are an intermediate English speaker and fluent Swedish speaker- both written and spoken
You have excellent communication skills

You are a team player so other team members can rely on you when necessary
