Als Arbeitsplaner in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie helfen Sie unserem Kunden in Klatovy, schnellere, bessere und effizientere Produkte zu entwickeln. In Ihrer zukünftigen Tätigkeit sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Definition eines effizienten Produktionsablaufs für die Serienproduktion einschließlich Werkzeugdefinition und Terminplanung verantwortlich.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
• Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der termingerechten Verfügbarkeit von Rohmaterial, Werkzeugen, Kalibriermessgeräten und Kleinteilen
• Erstellung und ggf. Änderung von Arbeitsplänen, Vormontagezeichnungen, Stücklisten und Prüfplänen
• Anfertigung der Stücklisten für Fertigungs- und Vormontagezeichnungen auf Basis von Funktionszeichnungen
• Umsetzung und Durchführung von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen
• Koordination der Verantwortlichen aus den Bereichen Vorrichtungsbau, Qualitätssicherung, Produktion und Projektmanagement
• Festlegung von Arbeitsaufträgen und Zeitplänen für die Produktion in Stellvertreterfunktion für den Produktionsplaner
Anforderungen
• Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, bspw. als Meister/Techniker in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik
• Mindestens 2-3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung im Bereich Zerspanung und Produktion
• Erfahrung als Fertigungsmeister sowie in der Bearbeitung und Herstellung von Metallteilen von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in MS-Office, SAP R3 und mit Catia V5 oder einer anderen CAD-Software
• Fließende Tschechisch- oder Englischkenntnisse
• Analytische und unabhängige Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab
