This exciting international client is looking for a Dutch speaking recruit to play a key role in growing the ever expanding company further. They have an outstanding reputation for providing recruitment solutions across a wide range of industries and pride themselves on their multicultural, multilingual team of driven and ambitious individuals. Your challenge

Our client is looking for a candidate who thrives in an intense environment and has an enthusiastic attitude towards sales and meeting targets. Confidence and resilience are essential qualities needed to be successful in this role. Other tasks you will be undertaking include:

• Sourcing talent from a specified geographical region • CV and telephone screening candidates for potential opportunities • Delivering assessment days and in your geographic region • Attending careers fairs in your geographic region • Developing new innovative ways to attract talent

Benefits

• Full training will be provided at the clients centre of excellent in Prague (generally 3-6 months) • After training is complete can generally pick which of the companies many locations you would like to be based in all over Europe • Excellent base salary with great commission scheme available • Subsidised apartment • Airport pick-up • during your training your salary would be 25,000 CZK p/m Plus uncapped commission

Relocation Reimbursement

A relocation package will be provided for any successful candidates coming from a different country. This would include: • Hotel for first 5 nights • Up to £300 reimbursement of travel costs • Relocation support officer - Includes provision of a letter for a bank account

Your resume • Fluent in French • Excellent written, face-to-face and over the phone communication skills • Ability to communicate and cross-function effectively with various levels of the organization • Enjoy and work well in an intense challenging environment • Confident and extroverted person who enjoys a challenge • Experience in sales and/or recruitment role is preferable
