ATS is currently seeking a suitable candidate to support Industrial IT solutions delivered to world's leading manufacturers. In this role you will be responsable for diagnosingand resolving a variety of technical issues across multiple client systems. You will be responsible for supporting IT hardware and software as well as maintaining and producing technical documentation. The role will primarily involve providing 1st and 2nd line technical suppoprt to the ATS customer base troughout the Europe working within a small team of IT engineers. The role will additionally require inclusion into an on-call rota to ensure ATS are able meet the demands of our customers 24x7. The successful candidate will process the following skills : - ability to support IT solutions including client, server, and network components. This will include hardware, client and server operations systems, softwae and databases. CompTIA A+, MSCDST, TCP/IP Networking, PC and Server hardware components
