Accenture is looking for a Swedish speaker to join our team as a Junior Order to Cash Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for starting your career with one of the world´s leading global companies while working in the vibrant capital of Czech Republic located in the heart of Europe.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer account balances

Investigate and resolve customer issues

Correspond and negotiate with customers

Write off uncollectible balances

Research and process disputes/deductions

Apply cash remittances & credits/adjustments

Receive and respond customer requests and inquiries

Maintain bad debt reserves & allowances

Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting

Post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the General Ledger

Assess New Customer Credit Risk

Monitor Existing Customer & Portfolio Credit Risk

Maintain customer master data structure

Are you the person we are looking for?

Fluency in Swedish and English (Finnish is a plus)

Strong attention to detail with a passion for numbers

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

Team player

Bachelor´s degree and basic knowledge of accounting is preferable, but not a must

Previous experience working with accounting systems is a plus but not a requirement What we offer
