Responsibilities

.Correspond and negotiate with customers

.Receive and respond customer requests and inquiries

.Investigate and resolve customer issues

.Research and process disputes/deductions

.Maintain bad debt reserves & allowances

.Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting

.Write off uncollectible balances

Are you the person we are looking for?

.Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English

.Strong communication and customer service skills

.Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

.Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

.Team player

.Previous experience working with accounting or accounting systems is a plus but not a requirement

Good understanding of Danish or Norwegian is an advantage
