Responsibilities

.Delivering high level of customer support

.Resolving technical queries via phone, email and web

.Educating Clients regarding web capabilities

.Liaising with engineers and other relevant parties

Are you the person we are looking for?

.Fluency in Swedish and English

.Demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability

.Ability to work to tight deadlines and stretch targets

.Must be able to demonstrate technical competence and confidence and have a solid understanding of network Trouble Shooting / Windows Desktop

.Problem solving skills are required ability to analyze and assess the options fully

.Good understanding of Norwegian or Danish is an advantage
