Accenture is looking for a Swedish speaking recent graduate to join our team as a Procurement Operations Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for starting your career with one of the world´s leading global companies while

Responsibilities

' Processing of incoming Purchase requisitions

* Processing of spot buys

* Interfacing with vendors

* Liaising with customers and users

* Learning business processes related to client specific needs

* Updating and maintaining category card instructions

* Processing requests to add new suppliers to the purchasing system

* Resolving invoicing issues

* Additional projects and responsibilities

Are you the person we are looking for?

* Fluency in Swedish and English

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in delivery

* Analytical mindset

* Bachelor´s degree and previous experience within procurement or logistics is an advantage but not a requirement
