The Procurement Analyst (Spot Buy) main responsibilities will be to: ¿ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers. ¿ Work with client to determine best procurement strategy. ¿ Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided. ¿ Negotiate client¿s terms and conditions as well as pricing with selected supplier. ¿ Ensure best pricing and terms and conditions are met ¿ Report cost savings using established cost savings methodologies. ¿ Manage contract execution process. ¿ Creation and update of category cards. ¿ Creation and amendment of Purchase Orders.
