NON-TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Administrating the repair system and providing support to partners Cooperation with other teams internally and externally Maintain relationship with our customers Processing orders Resolution and communication updates, review of reports Handling and solving partner¿s complaints or special requests TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Maintains a high degree of technical competence and expertise on the scanning, wireless networking and mobile computing families of products, in the area of design, functionality, technical specifications and support Zebra Associates on all product lines. technical information on support issues, product compatibility, and customer configurations. Provides technical training (Shadowing) for new Level 1 support personnel. Responsible for self-development of Technical skills, new products and producing training documents for other team members. Provides regular reporting on support cases as required by team leaders and management. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS Non-technical Support: Good analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills. Experience of dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills with an ability to meet established deadlines.
