Technicien / Technicienne assistance à la clientèle en informatique

Popis práce:

- Receiving requets for IT assistance from users in a pleasant and professional manner - by adherence to escalation procedures, promptly allocating unresolvers calls as appropriate - respoding to requets for assistance from users by providung information to enable users to solve their problems - maintaining accurate log entries of contact with fault and resolution details - advising users of actions to be taken requirements - General IT background preferred - Customer orientation within a multi site operation with excellent customer relationship skills - Commitment to teamwork and sensitivity to cultural differences are essential - Clear criminal record - residence in or near Novy Jicin - Willingness to work on 3-rota shift - basic programmation skills welcome (i.e C++, C., VB.NET, TSQL, ASP.NET, JAVA, HTML - knowledge of database systems preferable MS SQL Server - knowledege of german language is a big advantage - Previous experience in a technologue support organization or customer
