Responsibilities

. Cases resolution for complicated invoices

. Reconciliation and analysis of the accounts balances at the end of the month

. Language Support Workflows in SAP

. Debt collection (collection, verification, follow up, posting)

. Follow up on account statements and other discrepancies regarding payment of invoices, and serve as

liaison between client and vendors in the resolution of issues and inquiries

. Maintaining logs, enter and balance account data, and generate statistical summary reports

. Actively participates in quality improvements and identifying opportunities for process improvements

. Work strictly on agreed processes whilst delivering a high level of service

Are you the person we are looking for?

. Fluency in Swedish and English

. Strong attention to detail with a passion for numbers

. Great communication and interpersonal skills

. Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

. Team player

. Bachelor´s degree and basic knowledge of accounting is preferable, but not a must

. Previous experience working with SAP and/or Excel is a plus but not a requirement
