Location Prague Start Date ¿ ASAP Number of Vacancies: 1 ROLE: Technical Consultant job in Concur is truly between Technology & Consulting. The person is a client facing resource/consultant working on Concur Implementation Projects, and internally it is a technical expert providing support, guidance and expertise to fellow project team members/to other teams internally. JOB DESCRIPTION: Among the many facets of the day to day work, the Technical Consultant will: - Provide technical expertise on integrations, feeds, loads and extracts. - Handle the setup and scheduling of all interfaces and system jobs. - Provide client/internal team expertise & support for troubleshooting of technical issues related to the CT&E interface. - Assist customers with setup of Single Sign On. - Assist with performance issues solving if needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ability to handle implementations (being a member of the Concur Implementation Project team) of different sizes. - Ability to lead client knowledge transfer/training sessions with client technical resources both remote and on-site when required. - Clear communication to the Concur implementation project manager for all client communication. - All team members also get involved in internal/special projects if needed. TEAM/ORGANIZATION Technical Consultants belong to the Technical Consulting, aka. STS (Shared Technical Services) team, which is a group of Technical Consultants. We assist clients and Concur project teams in implementing Concur Travel & Expense Management SaaS applications. Organizationally, Technical Consulting is part of the European Implementation Team within Concur (that extended team consists mainly of Implementation Project Managers and Technical Consultants). Some characteristics of the EMEA Technical Consulting (STS) team: The team is spread among Concur EMEA Business Units (one Technical Consultant in the UK, France, Germany), with the core of the team ¿ manager and two other Technical Consultants ¿ based in Prague. - Regular remote and face-to-face team meetings. - Friendly, informal, empowering working environment. - Innovative and out-of-the-box work approach encouragement. - We work with many other organizations within Concur ¿ Support, Account Management, Sales/Pre-Sales, Research & Development, QA ¿ Agile approach used for running internal projects and initiatives. - Internal/External Training ¿ technical, language ¿ ¿ provided (after clarifying a work/business justification). POSITION REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING REQUIRED: Fluent English. SKILLS: Strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical and troubleshooting/system testing skills. Ability to come up with creative ideas/solutions. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work independently. Ability to work on many projects concurrently. ADVANTAGE: Software Consulting / Project Management / (Technical) Software Support Experience. SQL Querying Skills (at least basic). Some knowledge of the SSO (SAML) technologies. Interest in Technology.
